Lake House Addition

Addition to a 1960’s bungalow with limited budget, re-centers and reinvents the existing structural and programmatic system. The resultant double wing “cabin villa” is a hybrid of classical Palladian and classical American rural typologies. The second wing is half-filled, allowing for completing it in the future.
